FACULTY BIOGRAPHIES


Dr. Tim DosemagenProvost
B.A. in East-Asian Studies from the University of Maryland, Masters of Science in Human Services from Murray State University, Ed.D. in Child & Youth Studies, Management of Programs from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Founder and Chairman of the American Dream Party of the United States of America. Served in the United States Air Force for 7 years during the Carter and Reagan Administrations as a Cryptologic Analyst, while reporting to the National Security Agency. Dosemagen was decorated with the Air Force Achievement Medal, the Joint Service Achievement Medal, and the Air Force Commendation Medal.

Instructor of Chinese Mandarin in the Kenosha Wisconsin Unified School District. Executive with the professional service of the Boy Scouts of America where he worked for 11 years, finishing as Director of Field Service with the Northeast Illinois Council, based in Highland Park, Illinois. Served La Leche League International's world operations in Schaumburg, Illinois as Director of Operations. Later, as Director of Marketing and Funding for the California-based IEF International Education Foundation, Dosemagen traveled extensively throughout East Asia, bridging the gap between U.S. educational opportunities and students from China, Taiwan and Korea. As Executive Director of ABC Child Development, Inc., an El Monte, California based youth-serving human service agency, Dosemagen led a staff of 250 with a budget of $14 million in efforts to increase Project Head Start outreach to the immigrant communities of eastern Los-Angeles County.

Introduced the Dr. Peter F. Drucker E-MBA to China, working as a consultant for the Beijing Bright China Management Institute, and then served as Director of Academic Affairs for the University of Phoenix's Southern Arizona Campus, where he is now in his sixth year as a Faculty member, instructing courses in 53 disciplines across 5 Colleges. Dosemagen presently serves as Provost of Collins College, with locations in Phoenix and Tempe, Arizona.

While serving as the Director of Academic Affairs for the University of Phoenix's Southern Arizona Campus for 2.5 years, Dosemagen developed online course introduction modules for newly matriculating students, introducing learners to the world of possibilities in distance education, and a day in the life of the online student. Dr. Dosemagen also serves as a member of the Greater Arizona E-Learning Association (GAZEL), where he has served as a conference speaker. He is an online Faculty Member of both the University of Phoenix and Western International University. He also served as an Instructional Designer with Central Michigan University’s College of Extended Learning, Distance and Distributed Learning Department, developing courses for this institution's 'Lesson Zero' distance education modules.

In 2002, Dosemagen lectu red to Chinese educational community consumers in Shanghai and Nanjing, on policy changes in United States immigration procedures and post secondary educational administration, as a result of the terrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001. In 2004, he lectured in Beijing on leadership and organizational culture. In 2007 he lectured in Japan on Leadership and Business. Dosemagen is the author of five books: 'Prodigies – A Warring Species and the Human Heart', (1st Books, 2003); 'The Impossible' (AuthorHouse, 2004); 'The Trigger', a spy-thriller set in East Asia in the year 2010, (AuthorHouse, 2006); 'Rediscovering the American Dream' (AuthorHouse, 2007); and 'Human Engineering' (AuthorHouse, 2008).

Gary SalazarDirector of Education
MS, Information Systems, Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. BS, Journalism, University of Colorado, Boulder, CO. 28 years naval service working with small and large organizations in the military and public sectors. Executive VP for Naval Technical Training Center, servicing 5,000-7,000 students annually. Directed squadron operations for 150 aircrew and twelve aircraft in support of operational and administrative requirements in Western Pacific and Middle/Far East. Managed peninsula WAN in South Korea. Developed Navy’s Physical Training Instructor course. Developed first all-military-service Physical Training Symposium. Education Director at Universal Technical Institute in Avondale, AZ, directing 130 instructors and staff.

Marianna Baidoon Owner and the lead graphic designer of Grade-M Graphic Design, LLC. She is a graduate of Arizona State University. Marianna has always been interested in graphic arts, visual arts, computer arts and photography. As she formed her company, she has been designing powerful marketing materials such as logos, business cards, websites, posters, flyers, animations and more for her clients to promote their company image and attract more customers. Marianna has also been teaching design and mathematics at local schools. She also paints with oils and acrylics and won awards for her artworks in the past.
